| A non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date. This deposit is applied to your total rental fee. |

Where noted, hourly rates are available
weekdays only, and have a 2-hour minimum.
Fair reserves the right to adjust prices.

| Padded metal folding chairs are included in the rental fee equal to the seating capacity of the room rented. |
SECURITY/UNIFORMED GUARD

POLICE CALLS
If a disturbance, or damage, is the result of your event
and police action is taken, the renter will be charged
at the prevailing rate. This applies to all renters
